Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at w18790103216@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective or were supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items
Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is accepted.
