Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation when your order has shipped.

United States delivery
Estimated delivery to addresses in the United States is 7-15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, peak periods, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after dispatch.

Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
